Mobile Locavore

Audrey is a biochemistry post-doctoral fellow at the University of South Alabama med school who also happens to teach yoga in the early hours of the morning. Growing up in Europe and Maryland has made her a lover of fresh, local ingredients—especially seafood. Mobile’s fresh seafood, local veggies, and long growing season are some of the main reasons she’s fallen head over heels for this city! She loves not only the food, but also the rich, funky culture in terms of music and art that this city has to offer. She and hubby (a GREAT cook!!!) are expecting their first child (a spicy food lover already!) in January, who will join their two rescue pups to round out the circus that is home!
